In this 8-week program, you will learn what the pelvic floor is, signs of potential dysfunction, and go through exercises designed to help strengthen your core. You’ll learn how to engage your core for better pelvic floor support.
This program can help provide specialized attention to the glutes, abdominals, and back muscles. Common concerns include but are not limited to: bladder leaks, post-pregnancy, incontinence, and vulva pain. For all genders.
