Somatics is an approach to healing that brings the body to the table—where we understand and welcome the body as a source of infinite wisdom and a vital channel through which whole system (physical, mental, emotional) healing happens.

In the 4 sessions of Somatic Relief, you will be invited to slow down, self-connect, and tend to your own body. Through meditation, breath, and gentle movement practices, we will work with the nervous system to release tension, stress, anxiety, and other challenging energies. You’ll come away with a baseline understanding of the nervous system; ability to track your own system’s signals; and a greater sense of safety, resiliency, and overall capacity in your body, mind, and heart.
