Welcome to All Bodies Movement and Wellness!

We’re all those things, plus decades of combined experience and know-how, and we’re pretty fun to hang out with too. Also, there’s a cute dog.

1:1 (or 2:1) Personal Training

Customized, fun workouts that’ll meet you where you’re at and challenge you at the same time. We’ll even let you pick the music.

Small Group Training 

Technique-focused workouts in groups of 6 or less, whether you’re just starting out or have a few kettlebells under your belt. All levels welcome.
