Small group training

Ever heard of body doubling? It’s when you do something in the presence of another person who’s also doing that thing, and it’s a practice that’s been gaining attention in the neurodivergent community. It’s also why working out seems easier and more fun when you’re not doing it alone :)  Hence, our group training offerings!

How it works:

You don’t have to commit to a specific weekly day or time to come; you get to pick whatever class fits your schedule, or mix it up if you like a little variety. Space is limited to 6-10 per class. You can reserve your spot ahead of time on our website.

**Once you register for a class, you will receive an email from us with all the next steps to get you onboarded!

Drop-in fee: $32
4 or 8 class packs: $112 or $224
Unlimited classes plus open gym: $199

We’re just some trainers, standing in front of a squat rack, asking you to learn (or re-learn) basic lifting form. We’ll hone in on some of the big dynamic movement patterns you need to master the barbell. Think squats, overhead presses, deadlifts, bench presses, and more. We will also utilize kettlebells and dumbbells to help you get super strong. This class is ongoing and is suitable for ALL individuals, whether you’re new to tweightliftingr or an old pro who needs a refresh on technique.
